Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

This is an individual who will be available to all company agents for any and all needs they may have. This person needs to be fast and able to multitask as well as be very courteous when
attending to calls and agents questions. The purpose of this role is for the support specialist to cater to agents without support from a manager or whose regional is not available.
Questions will range from (Phone Issues, Needing more promotional materials, UW guidelines, and an infinity of more problems)

Agent support specialist help our agents with questions, give information about products and services, take inquiries, and find solutions. By helping agents understand the products and answering questions about their issues they help the company operate to its full potential.

This individual needs to be sales driven. Have initiative and come up with new ways to attract customers. (Examples: Using social media platforms to promote the business.
We need someone  who is going to make the traffic school department grow and take it to the next level.
The employee must be bilingual. Previous Management experience is a plus.

Support customers by managing hundreds of calls per day efficiently while maintaining professionalism and upbeat tone.
Process telephone, internet and walk-in inquiries regarding traffic school courses.

This individual must have a lot of experience within a DMV Department. They need to be sale driven. This person needs to come in with innovative ideas to make the DMV department grow and look for clients everywhere.

We need a go getter who has management experience and will lead the team to ensure they are all selling and reaching their sales goals.
The DMV Sales Manager works in a fast-paced department with specific deadlines.

The perfect candidate will perform general office duties, along with assigning activities and deadlines to the DMV department. The incumbent must be able to handle multiple tasks and marketing projects with excellent and professional communication, as well as working with appropriate DMV documentation to follow procedures.

Purpose of the Position:
Managers are the leaders of our sales agents and they need to make sure all their agents/ offices are producing and not only meeting goals daily, weekly, but monthly as well. Creating initiative amongst their team and ensuring production goes on.

Job Description/ Posting:
Administer management’s production plan:
Study trends and techniques; research and develop new improved selling tools and aids to maintain a competitive status for the agency within the industry.
Give reports on total sales weekly to include but not limited to:
a) Total quotes
b) No. of sales
c) closing ratios
d) source of calls

Turn in applications on a timely manner.

This individual will have vast experience in the accounting industry they will be in charge of everything for the AGI Corp office.

They need to be able to have forecasting, budgeting abilities.
They need to be on track with all expenses and be very analytical.
All transactions regarding financial statements must be handled.
AP/AR and QuickBooks experience is a must.
Candidate should be bilingual.
They must have an educational background in accounting and proven managerial record.

Job Description/ Posting:
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for the AGI Company.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of accounting experience in a small to mid-size company.

Manage, coordinate, and process all accounting related activities including but not limited to:
Manage daily activities of accounting - invoicing, credit processing, purchase orders, etc Manage and oversee weekly A/P including - verifying vendor invoices, issuing checks, payments by credit card, utilizing net vendor terms and generating A/P report Assist with payroll preparation, verifying timecards via TSheets, calculate mileage reimbursement, commission reports, reimbursements, etc.
Process and post customer payments, run monthly A/R reports Prepare monthly expense reports in excel, make recommendations as needed

Prepare quarterly cost analysis
Reconcile bank accounts, Corp Credit Card, and other accounts via QuickBooks and excel.
Process month end and period end according to procedures, prepare reports, and accounts reconciliations.
Manage and oversee monthly audits with customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve in a timely manner any customer chargebacks, compliance fees, or other unapproved deductions.
Maintain company Accounting SOPs, update and make recommendations for improvement.
